Terms and conditions for purchase orders

1. General information
When you place an order at www.salientpharma.com and receive an order confirmation from us, you enter into an agreement with:

2. Payment
Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, JCB and international credit cards are accepted as valid payment. All prices at Salientpharma.com are incl. VAT.
To purchase products from salientpharma.com, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid credit card that we accept.
Payment procedure
We do not withdraw the amount from you debit card until we have processed your order and the goods have been shipped to you. Salientpharma.com uses the Danish payment solution Nets to handle secure payment.

3. Delivery
In general, products will be shipped on the day of ordering, if you provide your order before 11.30 a.m. Goods are not shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Delivery of goods takes place with PostNord. The delivery costs for shipping are DKK 29, Free shipping in Denmark for purchases over DKK 400.
Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an email with Track & Trace information.
Products ordered in our web shop are usually delivered within 2-3 business days. In relation to the delivery time, however, we take reservations for external conditions that lie outside our influence, eg. delays at PostNord.
We remind you that you bear the risk of the goods purchased as soon as you have received the goods. If the packaging is broken or otherwise damaged, you should not acknowledge the shipment.

4. Right of cancellation
You cannot cancel your purchase with Salient Pharma cf. 2 # 4 and 5
You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing the delivery of the products.

5. Returnering
Cf. The Consumer Contracts Act section 18 (1). 2 # 4 and 5 return of goods is not possible.

6. Complaints
If your purchase has a defect or we have delivered wrong goods, please contact our customer service. We recommend that you save your receipt for at least 2 years. Your right to advertise may terminate before the complaint deadline if the item is not intended to last for 2 years.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product. You are not responsible for the cost of returning defective goods or incorrect goods. We will of course refund the purchase price and the original delivery costs once we have received the goods. If you want a similar product to be delivered to you, we will not refund your original delivery costs.

Note! We do not receive packages without prior agreement and sent by demand or the like. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

7.3. treatment basis

We process your personal information based on the following treatment bases:
that you have given your consent (GDPR Article 6 (1) (a))
that treatment is necessary for the fulfillment of an agreement with you (GDPR article 6 (1) (b))
that the treatment is necessary to comply with our legal obligation as a data controller (GDPR Article 6 (1) (c)), and / or
and that the treatment is legal and necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of Salinet Pharma (GDPR Article 6 (1) (f)).

If we collect and process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you may at any time withdraw your consent. This can be done by contacting us (see contact information in section 13 below).

If you withdraw your consent, we will terminate the processing of your personal information unless we are entitled or required to continue processing or storing your personal data on any other basis, including under the law.

Revocation of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment that has taken place prior to revocation of consent.

7.4 Marketing
If you choose to give us consent to receive newsletters and marketing messages from us, we will need your name and e-mail address necessary for us to send newsletters, etc. for you.

In addition to the specific purposes outlined above, we will also be able to keep the information, if necessary, to comply with legal requirements or to protect our legal interests, eg in connection with an ongoing legal process. When personal information is no longer needed for the fulfillment of some of our purposes, we delete or anonymize them.
